Urban Living in the Heart of Loveland

Artists and metalworkers often add patinas – a green or rust-colored surface – to their work to create a distressed, antique finish. Keeping with the theme of The Foundry development which aims to be a work of art in Downtown Loveland, the apartment buildings within the community center were deemed Patina Flats.

The two buildings that make up this urban living experience are the anchor of The Foundry, which includes a central plaza, movie theater, hotel, restaurants, and retail right in the middle of Loveland’s historic downtown district. Community amenities include a fitness center, lobby/lounge space, and a rooftop patio area with sweeping views of the foothills.

This beautiful fitness amenity was designed and supplied by Sport & Fitness and features, Spirit cardio, Peloton bikes, Body Solid strength, and a TRX suspension systems.
